What made you decide to schedule a Boudoir Session?
I decided to schedule a boudoir session because I had been feeling quite insecure and uncomfortable in my own skin. I’ve been unhappy with my body for a very long time and I felt like it was time to do something about that. I chose you, because I just had a really good feeling about what an amazing human being you are.
How did you feel beforehand?
I was super nervous beforehand. So unbelievably anxious and scared of how everything would turn out. I almost started working out extra and dieting, but I remembered that that was the whole point. So I didn’t do any of that to learn how to love my body the way it was.
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
My favorite part of the shoot was Krista. How comfortable they made me feel. TMI, but they made me more comfortable being vulnerable like that than any sexual partner has before. I felt truly sexy for the first time.
How did you feel afterwards?
I felt empowered after. I felt like I literally could do anything I wanted, wear what I wanted, and just be completely unstoppable
What would you say to someone who is nervous about scheduling a boudoir session?
I would say that they should embrace that nervousness. That within the first 15 minutes you’ll be giggling and smiling. That no matter what “imperfections” you feel like you have, that they are natural parts of your body and you should embrace them in your photos. That not matter what you feel beforehand, Krista will make you feel like the person you truly are.
What made you decide to schedule a Boudoir Session?
I initially decided to schedule a boudoir session to create a special gift for Morgan (my wife) with the photos, she had done the same a couple of times.
How did you feel beforehand?
I felt nervous leading up to the shoot but on the drive to the private studio my nerves began to subside.
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
My favorite part of the shoot was the positive environment Krista created. An environment where I felt comfortable being myself and never once worried about how I looked or the fact I’ve always been self conscious about my body. Krista’s communication was clear and professional and this made it very easy to understand how to pose.
How did you feel afterwards?
After the shoot I felt incredible. There was a sense of intimacy I had with myself over the whole experience. I felt vulnerable being in front of someone in this capacity but also confident and comfortable in my body. The whole experience was truly empowering. This feeling of elevated confidence has definitely continued and I see myself quite literally in a new way.
What would you say to someone who is nervous about scheduling a boudoir session?
To anyone who may be nervous about doing a shoot like this: both the vulnerability and professionalism that is fostered in these sessions ensure a comfortable environment. You’re not forced to do any poses you don’t like, and you stay as clothed as you like so there’s no pressure in any way. The experience could not have been easier and it can make you feel great about yourself!
What made you decide to schedule a Boudoir Session?
What made me decide to schedule a boudoir session is I had recently gotten out of a relationship and was working on myself. I had seen boudoir photos and just got the sense of female empowerment. That's what I wanted to feel and have to look back on when feeling down or older.
How did you feel beforehand?
Before my session I was honestly so nervous. I have not gotten professional photos taken since I was a little kid. Nervous is probably an understatement. Lol
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
I honestly don't know that I could pick just one part of the shoot that was my favorite. From the very first moment I met Krista she put me at ease. They make you feel so comfortable like you have been friends your whole life. Then getting my hair and makeup done I am not the type of girl who wears makeup everyday and my makeup was gorgeous!!! I felt like an absolute queen! Krista had music and snacks and sips of delicious drinks. Honestly it was such a dream like I said I don't know that I could pick a favorite part!!
How did you feel afterwards?
After the shoot I felt on top of the world! I felt like a bad ass for doing something I was scared to do. I looked damn good! Krista pumped me up like no other!! I was on top of the world for months!!
What would you say to someone who is nervous about scheduling a boudoir session?
To anyone on the fence or nervous about doing a boudoir session. Don't wait!! Those last 5 pounds honestly don't matter as much as you think they do. You will feel so good about yourself afterwards you won't care about those 5 pounds!! Trust Krista! They are amazing at what they do. I am already planning my second one!!
What made you decide to schedule a Boudoir Session?
The first time I did it as an anniversary gift for my husband because I truly believed that it was the o my reason someone would do these photos. I’ve done a couple more since and every time it has been for me. My husband never objects when I say I want to do another.
How did you feel beforehand?
The first time I was nervous and awkward. I didn’t know how to pose and felt uncomfortable expressing myself sexually. But since then I am always super excited for my shoots!
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
My favorite part is during the shoot after the first few shots and I totally get into it and feel super sexy.
How did you feel afterwards?
I feel empowered, emboldened, incredibly sexy, and so good about myself. It’s like a high.
What would you say to someone who is nervous about scheduling a boudoir session?
Do it!!! Do it!!! Do it!!! I know you don’t think your ‘in shape enough’ for it, or you were told your sexuality was bad or wrong, or that you can only do this for a partner, but please don’t let this stop you! Do it and you will thank yourself later. When you see yourself and say “oh my god, I’m hot af!” When you’re feeling down about yourself and can look back and remind yourself that you’re amazing and gorgeous and powerful! Do it!!

I decided to schedule a boudoir session because I was becoming uncomfortable in my body, I had gained weight due to a undiagnosed health issue and I didn’t know how to love the body I was in anymore. I decided to try something new to gain my confidence back.
How did you feel beforehand?
I was nervous but super excited, you calmed my nerves as soon I walked in the door which just made it all excitement.
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
Getting dolled up and having the ultimate hype woman as a photographer. It was a life changing experience, I felt the most comfortable and confident in myself that I had in years. You made me feel comfortable posing in a bigger body without having me hide it.
How did you feel afterwards?
I felt amazing, confident, comfortable, and beautiful.
What would you say to someone who is nervous about scheduling a boudoir session?
Nerves are normal but you will feel like a new person as soon as you walk in those doors. Don’t let your nerves convince you to miss out on one of the best experiences you can have. Krista will make you feel beautiful in the body you have and will have you leaving with a new found confidence.
What made you decide to schedule a Boudoir Session?
I scheduled because I had lost a tremendous amount of weight and was feeling pretty confident and I got divorced so it was kinda new found love for myself.
How did you feel beforehand?
I was nervous as all get out! I almost backed out twice, I think the finished product was stunning.
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
I think my favorite part was how easy Krista put me at ease.
How did you feel afterwards?
Afterward I felt pretty sexy to have went thru with it and also happy with how the pictures turned out. I had an album thinking I would give it to the guy I was seeing but decided, “Nope this is only for me.” It was a gift to myself for all the hard months before.
What would you say to someone who is nervous about scheduling a boudoir session?
I would tell people to do it! It’s really empowering.

I decided to do a boudoir session for my first wedding anniversary as a gift to my husband.
How did you feel beforehand?
Beforehand, I wasn’t feeling confident at all about having vulnerable pictures of me taken. I was having a hard time deciding what to wear, and was definitely comparing myself to other people.
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
My favorite part of the shoot was how empowering Krista made me feel as a woman. I felt like a true badass, and embraced my curves and body in front of the camera, which is something I never thought I would be able to do. I felt safe and secure in the environment Krista provided, which allowed me to express myself.
How did you feel afterwards?
Afterwards, I felt accomplished. I felt like I tackled one of my biggest fears and insecurities about myself. I left feeling like a Queen, and couldn’t wait to get the images back!
What would you say to someone who is nervous about scheduling a boudoir session?
If you’re nervous about scheduling a boudoir session, you ARE a badass, and you ARE worthy of being in front of the camera. Breaking past the wall of whatever insecurities may be holding you back is empowering, and everytime I look at my boudoir images- I am reminded of the true, genuine beauty of what being a human is.
